Refund Policy

1. The short version

Every course is a digital product. Once your purchase is delivered, which is instant, the sale is final and non-refundable. The only exception: if the course you receive does not match the details written on its sales page, we will make it right, including a refund where the problem cannot be fixed.

This is why we publish the full day-by-day roadmap, every feature, the workbook and download-kit list, and the total time investment on every sales page. Please read the sales page carefully before purchasing, what you see there is exactly what you get.

2. When a refund IS possible

A refund is possible when a delivered course materially differs from its published sales-page details. Examples:

• The course content is missing days, sections, prompt vaults or workbooks that the sales page describes.
• Advertised download kits (PDF, Word, printables) are not available in the delivered course.
• The course you received is clearly a different course from the one you purchased.

To claim, contact support within 14 days of purchase from your registered email address, describe the mismatch, and include your order details. Claims that we cannot resolve by fixing or completing the course will be refunded in full. That is our complete refund obligation, and we honor it without argument.

3. When a refund is NOT possible

Because the full product is delivered instantly, refunds are not available in these cases:

• You changed your mind after purchase, even if you have not started the course yet.
• You did not read the sales-page details about content, duration, level or requirements.
• You lack the time, tools or circumstances to complete the course.
• You expected results without completing the practical missions and work.
• Account suspension caused by breach of the Terms (sharing accounts, redistributing content).

4. Try before you buy, free intro

5. Duplicate and mistaken purchases

Genuine duplicate charges or wrong-course purchases where nothing has been consumed can be corrected by support, usually by switching your enrollment to the intended course or refunding the duplicate charge. Contact us as soon as you notice the error.

6. Corporate and team purchases

Team and corporate licenses follow the same principle: seats are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once assigned. If a delivered program does not match its published details, the same 14-day mismatch protection applies to the organization.
