Accessibility Policy
ZLearning is built for busy professionals, and that includes professionals with disabilities. We are committed to making the platform perceivable, operable, understandable and robust, in line with the spirit of WCAG 2.1 level AA and applicable accessibility law.

1. What we build for
Concrete standards the platform follows:
- Keyboard operability, every interactive element is reachable and usable without a mouse.
- Readable typography, clear hierarchy, generous line height and sufficient color contrast.
- Respect for reduced motion, animations and parallax effects are disabled automatically when your operating system requests reduced motion.
- Meaningful labels, forms, buttons and search fields carry accessible names for screen readers.
- Plain-English content, lessons are written in clear, direct language by design.
2. Course materials
Interactive workbooks are backed by downloadable fillable PDFs and Word documents, so learners who prefer or need offline, screen-reader-friendly or printed formats can complete the same work. Download kits include printable versions of every workbook.
3. Known limitations
Some illustrative visuals rely on color accents; where color carries meaning, text labels repeat it. We review new features against this policy before release and fix gaps as a priority.
4. Feedback
If any part of ZLearning creates a barrier for you, tell us through the support contact on the site with the page and what happened. Accessibility reports are treated as urgent product issues, and we will work with you on a usable alternative in the meantime.
